Welcome to Veronic Clean Touch. By using our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms:

Services Offered:
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services, including standard cleaning and extra services (such as fridge, oven, laundry, and ironing), only if requested in advance.

Appointments:
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for rescheduling or cancellations.

Payment:
Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, Zelle, or other previously agreed methods.

Cancellations:
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with any part of the cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will do our best to correct it.
